Dogman film
The relevance of Caleb Landry Jones's performance goes far beyond simple praise for his acting: it is the axis on which the entire film rests. Without his work, Dogman would most likely be a hard-to-swallow disaster. With him, it becomes a "fascinating chaos" that, for many, justifies the viewing.
I will look into this. It's funny because when my kids were younger, they really liked this children's book called Dogman, so they wanted to know when the movie was coming out, and I would always see this film pop up instead but had no idea what it was about.
