Next week I'm going to change the scoring a little so it's cumulative each week. Same 1000 POW split, but the scoring won't be a division of 1000 points but an overall total we can track week by week to see if activity is growing or shrinking.

Currently the most POW you can earn in a week is capped at 10% of the weekly total. The idea is to prevent all the rewards going to just one or two people. We'll see what the early payouts look like and adjust as needed.
