Why does money still feel controlled by a small group of powerful institutions in a world that is already becoming digital?

Four years, I worked as a bank teller, standing at the front line of the traditional financial system. Every day, I handled transactions, assisted customers, and watched how money moved through layers of regulations, approvals, and institutional control.

From the outside, the system looked stable.
