My journey into the world of crypto started in 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Like many people, I was spending a lot of time at home, browsing the internet and searching for new opportunities. That’s when I first discovered cryptocurrency. At the beginning, what fascinated me the most was the idea of anonymity — the ability to use money without revealing your identity.

Coming from North Africa, I have always felt the limitations of traditional financial systems. Buying online, sending money abroad, or even receiving funds can be complicated, restricted, or sometimes impossible. It often feels like being locked in a financial cage.

Crypto, to me, felt like a way out.

It represented freedom from KYC, freedom from intermediaries, and the power of peer-to-peer transactions. The idea that two people could exchange value directly, without a bank or authority вмешing, was revolutionary. It wasn’t just technology — it was empowerment.

However, as time passed, I started noticing a shift.
