Hi there i am wiseone and i am here to give you a 10 step proof on how to oercome depression

Step 1: Drink water
Most people would be like yeah this dude is saying trash why not just say you don't know anything about depression, and i laugh sometimes you just need either a cold glass of water or a room temperature water to reduce those nerves and get you to calm down

Step 2: Forgive your parents
Most times when you are depressed you start thinking why aren't my parents rich why don't they have this or that. Now take a look at your grandparents and understand why your parents are like that atleast they gave you a better life than their parents gave them, so take that into consideration and forgive them. And ask for forgiveness from whatever you worship/praise after you do that start trying your best to be a better kid.

Step 3: Find a new group of friends
Now hear me if u don't have someone you can call when you are depressed or someone that understands that okay he is going through something that can not help you out by being there, they don't even have to talk sometimes you need space and they would give you but they would also be like you know what it is enough, and give you some encouragement. If you don't have that find a new group of friends.

Step 4: 5 minutes of silence
Just go offline no internet talk to people and just enjoy life without social media, one thing i envy about the older generation is that they truly lived life without worrying about social media gratification or getting bombarded by fake lifestyles while growing up, With the trend of fake lifestyle influencers rising and fake millionaires or people getting rich off crypto everyday, This is part of the reasons why you are depressed also just drop those devices take deep breathes and enjoy 5 minutes of silence and if you can not get it in your house go out to somewhere you can.

Step 5: Be happy for your life
See i won't give you that you are the lucky sperm that survived bullshit they tell you when you are depressed so that you feel a sense of encouragement because most times that story pisses you off when you are depressed alot. But what i would tell you is after the 5 minutes of silence just find something you have done right in your life, it could be your partner, it could be your education, it could be helping someone out. You once did a good deed and try to remember it and hold on to it that you also deserve good things in life.

Step 6: Sometimes all you need is a hug
This is like a if you know you know step. Most times we just crave that physical comfort of hugging someone, you get this from someone that is truly there for you when you are depressed and i promise you during this hug you would feel something that might break you into tears where you just want to release those pent up tears.

Step 7: Try to cry
"MEN DON'T CRY, MEN AIN'T SHIT, MEN SHOULD BEHAVE LIKE MEN, AS A MAN WHY WOULD YOU SHOW EMOTION, WOMEN CRY TOO MUCH, WOMEN THIS MEN THAT".
Bro to bro, Bro to sis, it is okay to cry, it is okay to feel, it just proves that you are human if you are afraid of what society thinks cry alone and cry till you feel better, you are living in a world where everything seems expensive, you are living in a world where even you are trying to figure your life out, and so what. You are You, You are special things always find a way to work out if you keep moving don't forget it and if you need an outlet cry bro, cry sis.

Step 8: Don't be afraid to ask for help
Asking for help would never make you less of a man or woman, yeah there are useless people you would ask for help that would berate you and kick you to the curb, don't think about it too much pick yourself back up and do not be afraid to ask for help. Even if you ask 100 people if 97 people ignore you 3 people would help i know that for sure because someone has been where you are currently and they know the feeling genuinely.

Step 9: Stay away from drugs
I don't mean only hard drugs i also mean agendas being pushed on social media, from you might be a girl in a boy's body, to you are fat and beautiful to use ozempics to lose weight faster and other things. Don't fall prey to people trying to make money from you or future health issues you would face after doing this trash procedures or as i call them drugs. If you are overweight work out not because you want to feel beautiful alone but workout because of your health being fat/overweight leads to a lot of health issues we both know this, If you feel like you are a girl in a boys body see a therapist that won't push you into doing a surgery that would ruin the rest of your existence no celebrity truly cut off their privates to become woman that surgery always leads to complications. Most of this drugs are on your FYP don't fall prey to them please do things that would make you fall in love with your natural self and most healthy wellbeing.

Step 10: Find something greater than yourself
I won't tell you to find God but find something you can put your time and attention into and if it fails what does not fail remember this everything you enjoy today came from consecutive failures, from your favorite musicians to your favorite youtubers and your favorite devices everything came from failed ideas but they did not stop because of one failure they kept presevering to reach that awsome outcome and you can do it also.
