I think Quai and DigiByte (both under $100m market cap). Quai seems to scale massively and generate a lot of chain revenue and low fees (often $0,01). DigiByte is a Bitcoin-based chain with 5 mining algorithms and native USD stablecoin built-in on the protocol. None of them offers instant finality NFA
