Has anyone experienced exchanging xecx coins for xec coins not entering their wallet?

When you try to redeem, there can be times when the hot wallet is empty, so your listing goes unfilled until they replenish the wallet. Usually happens within half a day. I wouldn't worry. You can also ping someone in the official telegram channel if you're concerned.
Also make sure you used the redeem button so it lists your XECX for 1 XEC and not some other price.
