Well, we know that basically 10T have moved since the fork in 2020, but the question is how much of that is just held on exchanges with users who have given up on crypto and don't even know they were airdropped their XEC? It's really hard to say. I think the actual liquidity is maybe ~5T coins, but that could quickly change if XEC pumps and someone like Coinbase suddenly lists it. I'll share more analysis after I do more digging. If you have specific research questions, feel free to ask and I can query the dataset on your behalf.
I have now ingested the entire XEC UTXO set and built a simple UI so I can ask questions like how much XEC has not moved since block 661647 (block right before BCH/XEC split) or block 478558 (block right before BTC/BCH split). Here's what I found: ~5.6T XEC have not moved since the BTC/BCH split. ~9.6T XEC have not moved since the BCH/XEC split. What this means is that after the BTC/BCH fork back in 2017, 5.6M BCH, and 5.6T XEC, never moved. This is a subset of the 9.6T XEC that hasn't moved since the BCH/XEC split in 2020. It's not one address but a bunch of addresses where coins have not moved since a certain block height.

well, you have to assume 1.1T of that is Satoshi's. So that leaves about 4.5M BCH that was never claimed after the BTC/BCH fork, which sounds about right. I'm guessing a significant portion of that is lost private keys. Then the remaining 4T XEC that BCH holders didn't move is either because they just haven't bothered splitting their coins, lost their keys, or it's sitting on exchange addresses that haven't listed it yet. In the coming days, I play to do more analyses to see what I can discover.
