Probably nothing but I swear I feel a vibe shift today. Seems like people are more responsive at work all of a sudden. Could be due to people feeling the fear of potential job loss and finding the motivation to get things done.
I don't often talk about my work, well almost certainly never 😂 It's a weird situation, where I remember starting all those years ago, getting shown the ropes how to structure conversation, how to put your point across and work confidently by amazing colleagues... Now it's my turn to be doing the mentoring, weirdly I kinda like it Been massive turn around of staff at my work as the boomers have slowly fuked off with their amazing pensions... Gen X (just) me has picked up the roll and now teaching gen Z (or whoever 20+ year olds are who to actually do the job better then the boomers did, it's a sight to be seen 😂
