I wonder at what point if any we should consider changing the % of the block reward that goes to stakers. Currently it's 58% to miners, 32% split evenly between Bitcoin ABC and the GNC, and 10% to Avalanche staking nodes. At some point I think it would make sense to increase the % that goes to stakers, but the question is when, and by how much?

Increasing the percentage for stakers would not be healthy for miners, as mining hardware costs more and consumes significantly more energy than staking nodes. Also, miners only receive block rewards when they find the next valid block (or if they're on a pool, but again, the rew…
