It's not for beggars. It's for people to try it out. There's a big difference.

People who are already here don't need to be incentivized to try it out. The goal is to find more people who enjoy using POW. If you already tried it out and don't like it, there's no point in paying you to keep trying it. But if someone has never tried it, paying them a little Xβ¦
