House prices in the United States are beginning to decline. Maybe the bubble will burst soon or is this is the new bottom. π€·ββοΈ
I've been trying to buy a house for I don't know how many years, but the price kept running away from me. What I'm looking for has also kept getting nicer, and therefore more expensive. Hopefully I can use XEC to buy a house one day!
California and New York City prices are incredibly high. I have friends living in California near Los Angeles. Despite earning above $70,000 annually, they struggle due to the exorbitant housing costs.

California has the 4th largest economy in the world!!! 1 in the 50 states! I have been in San Jose once, and itβs beautiful. I was in an army training around that area.
