One practical idea for bringing more people into Proof of Writing is to let existing users invite someone into a specific conversation. Each post could have an "Invite someone to reply" button. It would create a direct link to that post and show a first-time visitor only what they need to get started: how to connect Cashtab, how much the reply will cost, and how to publish it. This would be different from a normal share. A shared link says, “Here is something to read.” An invitation says, “I’d like to hear your take on this,” and gives the person a clear first action. This could work especially well for people who already share ideas on X, Reddit, or other writing communities. Instead of asking them to join another platform without context, someone invites them because their perspective is relevant to a particular conversation. Since a newcomer may not have XEC yet, the inviter could optionally fund a one-use credit for the first reply. The credit would be reserved for that reply rather than added to the newcomer’s wallet as unrestricted XEC. If the newcomer returns and publishes a second contribution, the inviter could earn another credit to help someone else get started. This would reward meaningful participation rather than signups. The idea could first be tested with a small group and measured by how many invitations lead to a first reply and how many newcomers return to write again. This may help Proof of Writing grow one conversation at a time.
