Each week's board is a fixed 1,000-point scale, split among everyone by proportion. Economic controls 350 points, Creation 350, Engagement 300. Your economic score = 350 × (your economic activity ÷ everyone's economic activity), and the same for the other two. So your number is your share of the community's total activity and shares are zero-sum. If the rest of the community contributes more today than yesterday, the denominator grows, and your slice shrinks even if your own activity is flat or still rising. Someone who does nothing new while everyone else gets busier will watch their score drift down. First few weeks will distribute 1000 POW/week. But I plan on increasing that amount starting in October. I still hold over 500K POW from the original mint, all of which will get distributed to the community over time.
