Another way of thinking about the problem of onboarding is to ask why people use platforms like X? There are many reasons: to find information, to interact with strangers, to fight boredom, to talk to people about shared interests, and more. Because X has many users, all of this is possible. Since POW has few users, it is very limited in what people can currently get out of it. So maybe we need to focus on just one thing until we grow. The question is what is that thing?
