Yes, not bad at all, but like you said before, the gap is killing the state. People started to move to Texas and the north west area, at least that’s what I heard. I’m a fan of capitalism 1000%, but California needs to downgrade taxes, especially for the low-income earners.
House prices in the United States are beginning to decline. Maybe the bubble will burst soon or is this is the new bottom. 🤷♂️
I've been trying to buy a house for I don't know how many years, but the price kept running away from me. What I'm looking for has also kept getting nicer, and therefore more expensive. Hopefully I can use XEC to buy a house one day!
California and New York City prices are incredibly high. I have friends living in California near Los Angeles. Despite earning above $70,000 annually, they struggle due to the exorbitant housing costs.
Yeah, I don't know how much longer California can keep this up. The wealth gap here is insane.
California has the 4th largest economy in the world!!! 1 in the 50 states! I have been in San Jose once, and it’s beautiful. I was in an army training around that area.
California is an amazing place for sure. I probably take it for granted since it's where I've lived almost my entire life. Mostly in socal, but half a decade in norcal, too. Late 90s to the 2010s in California was great.

I don't think California is real capitalism =)
