It doesn't happen often. We just saw someone redeem 7B XECX yesterday, so they probably emptied the hot wallet. Even exchanges like Binance sometimes won't let you withdraw. I think you can understand that. I wouldn't worry about XECX. But if you are worried, just stick to XEC.
