I really don't want to pay people to use POW because then you just get farmers or beggars. POW needs to attract them on its own merits.

I'm convinced that in order to filter out all the noise, we're going to need some kind of disincentive/cost to creating that noise. I also believe crypto allows us to do that more efficiently than legacy currencies. But it may take longer than I hope.
