Announcing the winner of "The World on eCash" writing contest. Out of the 11 entries, I chose @indomitable's entry because I though it offered the most food for thought and the most interesting perspective: "In a world where everyone is anonymous, trust is impossible. In a world where everyone is permanently identified, privacy is dead. Digital Cash offers a third path: Reputation-based Trust." I also agree with his view that it is up to those of us who already understand and believe in this technology we call crypto to lead the way and build the trust that others are lacking. The handle is yours to keep. I can always mint another handle if I want to use it as a prize for another contest. Besides, I don't think writing contests are attracting new users at this point, so I need to think of something else.
