I'm currently taking up AI Essentials: Theory and Practice through the University of the Philippines Open University UPOU. These are sectors in our study currently with heavy private and government spending on AI development 1. Education; 2. Business and Finance; 3. Healthcare; 4. E-commerce; 5. Transportation; 6. Agriculture and; 7. Security and Law Enforcement Never did I know that a facial recognition systems to identify suspects in real time using CCTV footage is now being developed under security and law enforcement. Farmers also uses computer vision to monitor crop health and detect pests or diseases early. AI to predict optimal planting and harvesting times based on weather and soil data is also being developed. Livestock health and nutrition can also be tracked using AI sensors.
